The treatment I received at this care centre was exceptional. My physiotherapist explained my condition at every visit and then explained how the given exercises and treatment would work. He was kind, respectful and professional at all times.

I've not been well for the last eight weeks. I've tried to phone a number of times for an appointment, the line keeps been cut off. so went into surgery to be told i need to make an appointment by phone, not been well makes it difficult. Sleeping, eating, what day of the week is it, I'm not well. And to be tutted at by receptionist doesn't help.
