   My telephone appointment didn’t happen, no phone call. Left a message and they called back to say my phone had been switched off. It’s constantly on. Rearranged for two days later. Exactly the same happened- no phone call. Left a message. They called me back (odd that they can get in touch after my messags!), and offered to make yet another appointment!! I don’t think so! Very poor! No apologies, just excuses about my phone being off! But how have they called me back each time?
