  1. Review titled So greatful for what they do

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Diana - Posted on 02 August 2023

I contacted the service when i became a single mom with a 6 months old baby and the pain i was going through was enormous, leaving me crying nights and days and wasn’t able to see anything positive around me anymore. They not only prioritised me and booked me in as soon as possible, but my therapist was great! I was encouraged, showed coping mechanisms and also i self-descovered myself. My last session with them was eyes opening and made me think of how i can improve my whole life my making some small changes to myself. I would recommend the service to anyone who experience depression.

  3. Review titled Very unprofessional

Rated 1 star out of 5

Dissapointing , humiliating , not trust left for this organisation. They have No respect for appointments given by themselves, no respect for clients , for their details , for their needs. They do not reply to email, they ignore any respectful request of having details removed. It does not appear a safe place , based on their way of ignoring and making people feel insignificant. I regret coming across with this organisation, and I find their ignorance insulting .
