Just in for a blood test . So that appointment all well & good Issues arrive when you need an appointment on the day you are unwell !! And can’t get one and still having phone call appointment after Covid has past so that all frustrating when you can’t plan to be ill in advance. However staff etc are all very polite and helpful and must be under a lot of pressure

I have seen two different locum doctors in the last few weeks. Both have been excellent, spending time in assessing and reviewing, explaining clearly and giving a caring, professional approach. Both were very approachable and inspired confidence.

Lovely experience for my daughter’s 3 year injections. Nurse was so lovely and caring through the whole time.

I saw the very pleasant, professional and friendly nurse for a painless, quick blood taking yesterday. I checked in 10 minutes early and was seen on time for my appointment.

Great to be reminded of appointment by text etc still difficult to make an appointment by phone advised by reception staff to visit centre at 8am for appointment. Seems like a step backwards.

I got an SMS asking to book a blood test. As I had one done at the surgery 2 weeks ago and another one done yesterday at TW hospital I wanted to check if this is really necessary. I can't reply to the SMS so I have to ring and I've been calling all day and no one answers the phone. My last call waiting time was over 20 minutes. This is unacceptable service.

Easy booking in and called at the right time with no interaction with the receptionists who I have always found to be troubled by getting up and dealing with a patient. Considering you can’t get an appointment I was the only person in the waiting room. The phlebotomy staff were excellent and explained what the blood tests were for which the text telling me to come along didn’t.

Access to all your test results and medical history by any healthcare member, I think, is extremely crucial. Recently I had a respiratory review, the practitioner noticed something in my notes (unrelated to breathing) and was able to help with another issue.
