A service boasting on the front page of its website an outstanding rating (overall good) some 8 years ago When in 2024 this is patient experience - more than 12 hours ago I rang this OOHs service for an urgent appointment for a frail elderly person who had become acutely unwell and 3 calls later we have still not had a call back from a clinician. This inadequate patient experience can only lead to worsening conditions, poor outcomes for people and added pressure on emergency services. People deserve better, safe care and treatment.

After several days of worsening symptoms I phoned my surgery hoping to get an appointment the same week. I was offered an appointment for that evening! The doctor who saw me was friendly, polite, efficient, and knowledgeable - I can't ask for more than that! She gave me a thorough consultation and examination. Less than twelve hours after phoning my surgery I was sitting at home with my medication. The treatment I received deserves the whole five stars and more!

Can't fault the service received for chest infections, with thorough and efficient examinations. Wish all gp practices could be of this standard.

Got seen to on time on the same day I called! Brilliant service to get, I saw a nurse and she was able to sort out why I came in & referred me onwards as needed. Extremely satisfied with the service!

had suffered with severe chest infection for a week and couldn't get an appointment at my doctors who had a recorder message on their phone telling me my chemist could help me.the chemist told me that he couldn't prescribe anything for me.I am 76 years old,and live by myself,thank god that Albion clinic are suppling this service.i now have a stronger medication and am starting to recover.Thank you Albion

My son who is 4 had an appointment booked. We were 10 minutes late due to the satnav directing you to somewhere else for the clinic. There was also 4 way traffic lights on this day so instead of being early as planned we were actually late. On arrival I was told to sit in the unit which was for people with infectious diseases while they could see if I could be seen. 15 minutes later I was told My son couldn’t been seen - my 4 year old had to leave and go the walk in.
