Thank you so much to the nurses who have seen me and my baby in community clinic 2 to dress a wound on his hand. The care from you has been outstanding - both the clinical care and the support and understanding you have given me after his accident. Amazing NHS!

  3. Review titled nobody answers the phone

I have a covid vaccine appointment today at 2 pm. I've been calling St Charles since 9 am. I called the number I was given by my surgery. I called it three times! Then I checked online and call a number I found there. No answer. I called a third number and got a message saying the number doesn't exist. I double checked and it was a number listed on their site. Where is the staff?

  4. Review titled Outstanding

I visited St.Charles without an appointment in the hope they might be able to resolve a painful minor injury problem. I cannot praise the staff enough. From nurse practitioners to X Ray to reception, everyone was kind and professional. Treatment was swift and successful. The premises creak a bit, but we’re spotless and functional. What a resource! Way to go NHS!

  5. Review titled Phenomenal service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Attended the urgent care and they could not be more helpful, knowledgeable and seen swiftly. Whilst I had been given the all clear from my injury, the nurse practitioners then called back to let me know something else about my x - ray to be mindful of.

  6. Review titled Wonderful skilled and compassionate care

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I am 92 and have suffered with an injury to my leg which would not heal. For the three months I have had to use St Charles clinic I was attended to with courtesy, competence, compassion and respect. It was a lesson in how services should relate to the public - the efficiency was striking and conducive to trusting and healing. The mutual respect and co-operation among the nurses and all the staff (and we met a number of them over the months) was what we all need, most especially when we have a health crisis and are elderly and/or disabled. My deep thanks and appreciation to all the nurses and their determined caring work to get me well. How dare the government refuse to pay nurses and all health workers the wages they need and that we the patients want them to have! To have clapped for NHS workers to then deny them the rise they deserve and the staff that would end their gross overwork is an insult to all of us and an attack on the NHS we love.

  7. Review titled Contact Number Here

Rated 3 stars out of 5

I was booked in for an emergency appointment over the weekend but ended up not being able to attend due to the nearest tube line being down. I too searched high and low for a contact number in order to cancel my appointment and not waste NHS time. The two numbers that first come up are defunct, however I managed to do some digging and find this number on a West London clinic group site which put me through to someone who cancelled my appointment. Posting here for anyone else who saw these reviews in the pursuit of the same thing like me. If only the NHS would just read these and correct this simple error which no doubts wastes a lot of time and resources: Phone number for St Charles Integrated Care Clinic: 020 8102 5120

  8. Review titled Could't reach them on phone

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Victoria Alaeva - Posted on 05 June 2023

I have registered with Earls Court centre but was assigned on the phone to this center for a doctor appointment. When I realised the mistake I wished to cancel it. Unfortunately there is no contact number on any of the websites. The centre has very low rating so I do not wish to come to the appointment as I originally registered with another GP. My appointment is wasted – it's a shame.

  9. Review titled Had to cancel my appointment-but no working contact number

Rated 3 stars out of 5

by THOMAS HAMILTON - Posted on 15 May 2023

I had an appointment at the Community Clinic for 3pm Monday May 15th May and needed to cancel it as unable to attend. However there is no contact number to cancel appointment (although NHS naturally take issue with missed appointments.) I tried going through the online contact portal but that takes me to "Property Services" which is obviously not what I'm looking for. spent 45 minutes on phone trying to track down the right clinic, but with no joy. I see that many of these reviews - along similar lines to mine are left unanswered. So what am I to do. I don't want to waste NHS time, but NHS are making it impossible for me (& others) to cancel in advance. It's very frustrating.

  10. Review titled NHS complains about patients not cancelling appointments

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 18 March 2023

There is no contact number for this clinic, yes no information on how to cancel your appointment by phone! This is very bad administration and embarassing for the NHS when it demands patients must cancel their appointments if they are not going to attend. So it is the NHS that is wasting resources not the patient.
