  1. Review titled Baby clinic with no parent child parking

I find it entirely senseless that a health centre with a baby clinic and other children's services hasn't seen fit to ensure there are spaces for parents with babies to park. There is plenty of disabled parking but non for parents and babies; it causes a huge deal of stress as it can be impossible to remove a car seat from the vehicle if parked in a regular spot between two cars. It becomes infuriating watching people use the disabled bays and exit their vehicle with no issues and no need for the additional space meanwhile I'm having to drag my newborn daughter sideways through the car door because apparently babies don't matter to a health centre with a baby clinic. Reserve some spots for dedicated parent toddler/baby parking and supply CCTV to enforce this as well as the disabled spots as I also witnessed disabled spots being used by people with no disabled badge presumably just popping in quickly.
