   I have accessed this service on two different occasions for long-term psychotherapy. The first was delivered by the trainee, and the second was delivered by the experienced practitioner. Of course, the second time was significantly better and more helpful. Actually, the second-time process, from the referral to entering a treatment, was delivered without any major challenges, and when the appropriate threshold was met, the treatment was extended.  Sadly, the waiting time on both occasions was extremely long, and I can see how easily people lose patience and relapse in their condition.  The reception staff is always pleasant, and the building is clean and well looked after.
