   I am writing to express my concern regarding the lack of response following a referral for my mother to your memory clinic on 22/05/2025. Today is 10/06/2025, and despite the time that has passed, we have yet to receive any communication or appointment details. I have made multiple attempts to contact your clinic by phone, leaving several voice messages with all relevant details and a request for a call back. Unfortunately, I have not received any response. This delay is causing significant anxiety and concern for our family, as early assessment and intervention are critical
