Had cataract surgery and was more than worried and apprehensive, but there was no need. Caring, professional staff with the expertise to make sure all goes smoothly.

Assessment was very thorough. Procedure to remove cataract was straight forward. Environment is perfect and all staff are welcoming. A full explanation was given and staff ensured I understood allowing me time to ask questions if I needed to.

I had both eyes done however one has deteriated so I attended again for a review. The staff are very attentive & polite although I would like to feedback if there are trainees in place it is polite to advise the patient as I was discussed between the trainee & optometrist like I wasn't in the room! As always receptionist and surrounding staff very polite & informative!

Attended for cataract surgery. Was very nervous but needn't have been. All the staff, nurses, doctors were brilliant. Very caring and professional, made me feel very safe. Would recommend Spamedica for anyone needing this treatment.

The operation was arranged very quickly as I managed to get a cancellation. The procedure was over in no time and I am recovering really well.

From assessment to procedure, nothing but professional service given by everyone. The wait time was about three weeks from referral to procedure. Everyone treated me with dignity and respect. I was immediately made to feel at ease and confident that I was in safe hands.

Fantastic care and service from the whole team at SpaMedica Wolverhampton. My assessment was thorough and at every step I was greeted by a friendly member of staff who explained everything. 2 days later I was back for my first eye surgery which again went very smoothly, the team were brilliant again & the surgeon was amazing I felt nothing. Special thanks to the lady on reception who makes everyone feel welcome and keeps all topped up with tea & biscuits. I will be back to get my other eye done soon.

Have just had Cataracts surgery on both eyes in the passed months. So pleased with the result. The Medical Staff and Reception staff were lovely and very reassuring. Thankyou all for making me feel at ease.

Excellent service, hospitality, everything explained fully, very easy to understand & from optician to 2nd cataract eye surgery only 6 1/2 weeks. What a difference this surgery has made. Thanks to all those involved. I would totally recommend Spa Medica to anyone requiring cataract surgery.

This is a very special place to go for your operation. You feel instantly at ease the moment you step inside the clinic. I would like to give the nurses a special thanks, they were so kind and helpful. The Surgeon himself saw me before the operation, he told me what was going to happen. After the op. my eye was no problem, I didn't have any problems what so ever. Perfect. Thank you all.
