From referral to second cataract op 2days ago I can’t praise every member of staff from Surgeon to the domestic team enough caring professional supportive and friendly. Was very anxious for first op and at second op I was talked through remaining as relaxed as possible by surgeon and her nurse. I actually bounced off the bed smiling and happy! They are just so amazing! The whole process Start to finish very quick for both eyes. I can get on with my life with much improved vision. Heartfelt thanks to all.

Everything about my appointment was very good Kept informed about the procedure and all the staff were brilliant from surgeon Reception and cleaner were so helpful Thank you all

Had the most amazing experience with them from start to finish I’m going back in 5 weeks to have other eye done amazing from minute I walk throw the door till I left

The referral for my operation was actioned within 2 weeks . I was then given a pre op appointment which was extremely professional . Everyone I saw was polite and informed me what was happening . Five days later I had the operation . The group I was with was fully informed by the surgeon what was going to happen , which was very reassuring . From start to finish the whole process has been efficient and painless . I have already recommended Spa Medica to several friends . They cannot believe the speed of my referral and operation . Five stars !!

From the assessment to the surgery the whole experience was excellent. Every single person was very friendly helpful and very kind, everything they did they explained. The whole place was so clean I couldn't fault it .

Had both cataract operation on both eyes and cannot fault the care before, during and after both ops. The whole procedure is run efficiently and with as little stress to the patient as possible. Huge thanks to all the staff!!

I had my first cataract removed yesterday. I cannot praise all of the staff highly enough.I was very anxious before I had the procedure,but every single member of staff put me at ease with their kind and compassionate care. The surgery itself was amazing,a massive thank you to the very clever surgeon. Looming forward to going back for my other cataract in the near future.

I bought my extremely nervous mum to have her first cataract op and from the moment we checked in, she was was shown excellent and respect from everyone we interacted with. She was concerned about being able to use the drops after, but they took the time to listen to her and find a solution to her problem. She visibly relaxed and came out of the op with her ' new friend' ( one of the lovely nurses!!). We were given so much reassurance of how contact someone if we had any problems but she has had no issues and is looking forward to getting her other eye done shortly!

I had both my eyes done and it has been really great, no issues/problems at all, went seamlessly smooth. Had a great experience and would recommend it to my friends and family. Everything about them was excellent and the staffs were welcoming and very professional. Just want to thank everyone in the surgery, keep up the brilliant work. Thank you 🙏
