Greeted at the door and escorted to waiting room. All staff extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone introduced themselves and explained everything.The surgeon was amazing and did the operation in 10mins. I had clear instructions about caring for my eye and the use of the drops. The best thing of all was that I only waited 11 days from referral to operation. Can't recommend them enough.

I can not rate spamedica highly enough. From the gentlemen at the desk, till I left. Everyone there were friendly and highly efficient.

From the moment you enter the building, you are welcomed and looked after. The staff are very friendly and keep you informed continuously throughout your visit. The surgeon and nurses are very professional and make sure things go well, The whole experience was good and the information provided for after care is top class. Thank you

An excellent experience and lovely staff. So welcoming and friendly. Very efficient and the whole morning was relaxed. I’m actually looking forward to visiting again soon for my other eye to be treated! Thank you so much.

Very pleasant staff and felt an easy about my procedure a very professional approach and all parts of the preview to the theatre Was reassuring looking forward to my next cataract procedure

I had a great experience the two times I came to spa medica to have my cataracts removed. Staff were all friendly and patient. We had an issue with my second operation being cancelled as we arrived to the clinic which was disappointing but we were booked in for a week later.

I was apprehensive about getting my treatment. Why did I worry. The staff were great, the waiting time for my treatment was fantastic. The treatment excellent. Results great. I hope when I have my other eye done I will go back to Spamedica. No complaints about anything whatsoever.

Excellent service, from start to finish, treated with respect and care,would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of having cataract surgery. Can't wait for my other eye to be done, well done Spa Medica
