I was collected from home, and at the pre-arranged time and,after what seemed like a district tour to collect other patients, was taken to Ossett for my operation. The driver, whom I am not allowed to name (initials 13th and 19th letters of the alphabet) was very helpful, attentive and handled his vehicle admirably. Because of the relatively high number (6) and locations of us all we perhaps took a little longer than anticipated to get to the Ossett hospital on time, but once there we were well-treated by all staff in a friendly and professional manner. Free hot or cold drinks and biscuits were available to us while waiting. Once "in the system" the various processes proceeded with no more than the necessary "wait for it to have an effect" durations. The hospital is clean, light, tidy and in good state of repair. We had the same driver for both outward and return journeys, who accompanied each of us from front door to minibus. No complaints at all. Thank you.

I had surgery on my second eye (removal of cataract). Again a very thorough pre assessment from the health care professionals. On this occasion the removal was more difficult to perform, however I was re-assured all the way through procedure.

Prompt efficient service with pleasant staff. Calm environment. Had both cataracts removed here within 6 weeks and can highly recommend.

Very Very good service and excellent treatment for my caterax operation. Would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is in the area.

After pre. assessment, surgery done within 2 days. On the day, in and out within 2 hours. Great service, excellent staff. Many thanks.:)

I was a bit apprehensive about having the operation, but didn't need to worry. Everything went perfectly. Staff are kind and caring making sure that everything is correct. I had heard good reports from a few friends about this surgery and they weren't wrong. Can't wait for my next operation. I was very surprised at how quick it all was, from assessment to operation. Great. All in all a good experience and a big Thank You.

I can highly recommend Spamedica, I’ve had cataracts removed from both my eyes and the staff are really friendly and reassuring, I was very nervous but the staff all put me at ease. The waiting time was very short and the whole experience was excellent .

Welcomed on arrival. I only had one question which was immediately answered. Staff very professional but made you feel at ease. Was a bit worried about the procedure but I cannot believe how painless it was and the surgeon stopped halfway through to make sure I was not in any pain. Discharge was thoroughly discussed. Staff explained where toilet and refreshments were available. I will not have no concerns or worries when I’m du to have my second eye surgery. Everyone at the clinic should be proud of the service they provide
