I had my first cataract surgery on Nov1st I was put at ease as soon as I entered the hospital The staff are very supportive and professional.The result is amazing hope I get a appointment for the other eye soon.could not have been looked after better

Absolutely impressed with whole procedure. I was very nervous about it, but found all staff to be extremely kind and understanding, putting me completely at ease. The whole operation was pain free, drops put in my eye were very effective, during procedure I was told what was happening step by step which was helpful. Surgeon explained just to keep still and look at the extremely bright light, most of all not blink . Procedure was a little uncomfortable sometimes, but not unbearable. All over and done in 10 minutes. The lead up to operation was very thorough and reassuring. Not rushed through, and answered all my questions, given a date at reception for procedure straight afterwards, which was about 4 weeks wait. After care was just as thorough as before care, given very informative instructions both verbally and in Booklet and sheet of paper on do’s and don’ts . Given drops for eye treatment, phone number for 24 hour emergency number and more drops available if I run out in the two weeks treatment. A patch was put on the eye to be removed by me the next day and swobs given for cleansing after care . I found the whole experience very satisfactory and I’m so happy that I have had the operation, the very next day all colours have been absolutely amazingly beautiful and bright, I can see 100 % better than ever before! Can’t wait for 2nd eye to be done. Thanks to a wonderful team of awesome people and all their professionals help, love and kindness ! I can highly recommend SpaMedica and their wonderful service Sandy Allen

Just had my 1st cataract surgery done . The staff were absolutely marvellous at explaining the whole procedure which put you at complete ease.I now have no worries over having my 2nd one done later on . Also the transport which took and delivered me back home was 1st class.

From entering the practice for my operation I was treated with a warm welcome, extreme care and attention. Everyone I met were very pleasant, friendly and courteous. throughout my treatment everything was explained in detail, I was guided through each stage by lovely people. The surgeon guided me through the operation advising on each stage putting me at ease. Each and every staff member I met were professional, friendly and kind. the operation went smoothly and gently and successful. I have never received such care and friendliness anywhere. A team of lovely and professional staff at its best. My extreme thanks to all of them.

had cataract surgery on both my eyes within 5 weeks the staff were fantastic from start to finish . the surgery was painless and professional the after care brilliant would recommend to anyone life changing thank you so much

From the time you go inside the door, you are welcomed and taken to were you need to be and each of the staff tells you there name and what's the job the do and show you to the next stage your going to your helped.all the time, all is explained to you, even what to if you should feel any pain at all. We me being deff the staff made sure I understood all. And the aftercare is very good too making sure you know what drops you need to have and why
