Calm atmosphere, helpful and friendly staff, convenient, well staffed and very well equipped. Whole experience calmed my nerves and gave me confidence in their professionalism and expertise.

I arrived uncertain of what to expect I was made to fell at ease by friendly faces and a cup of coffee. The procedure was explained to me and at each step a check was made to confirm it was me and the correct eye was to be operated on From start to finish very professional but very friendly Nothing was to much trouble for this excellent team

Great experience, no pain, no discomfort, no after effects. I wasn't sure what to expect during the procedure but was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of all staff and medical practitioners. They should all be congratulated. Thank you, now I am looking forward to my next procedure on my other eye.

All the staff were so polite, friendly & put me at ease from start to finish. I was told each step of the procedure & given a very informative brochure of what I could & couldn't do after surgery.

Met by very polite staff after receiving clear and concise instructions. I cannot fault the service provided by this clinic. This should be the standard for all NHS services.
