Throughout the process from referral to cataract surgery the care and professionalism shown by the staff at Telford, and also by phone at Head office, was superb. Delays can, and did, arise but the communication and support was good during the extended wait.

Everything in spamedica centre both human and facilities are excellent 👌, I personally agree and will introduce all my friends who has cataract can go to Spamedica surgery!

From entering the building and going through pre-op assessment I felt such a difference in care and technology. My first cataract op at a private hospital did not go well and left me feeling very apprehensive. Everyone at SpaMedica was brilliant - kind, friendly and efficient. It has even made my wife think that she will come to SpaMedica when her cataracts need doing, instead of having them done under general anaesthetic in hospital as she is so terrified of the procedure. Thank you everyone.

My first cataract removal was excellent and I was very pleased with optometrist. However the 2nd removal was done by a different person. He was late to arrive and he was too hurried and even the very friendly staff were not happy with how late all the appointments were. Otherwise the facility and staff were excellent. Consequently, the second eye was not as good as the first.

When I walked into the reception the friendliness was great. The staff throughout my time at the Practice was A+. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Practice to anyone who required eye treatment.

My experience was very good. Not only was the staff professional but also very helpful. From first moment I felt safe there. Friendly staff made it so much better. I am not afraid to go back and have my other eye done. Thank you so much!

Very very good attention to the patients needs , everything explained in detail but also in terms that are easy to understand. Everyone from reception staff to the nurses to the doctor were friendly and efficent and made the experience comfortable and stress free.

I was so worried at having to have cataract surgery……maybe even more so than my previous 2x hip replacements! This clinic …..which ofcourse only functions through excellent staff….was 10/10 from reception through all the pre-op and every single nurse and paractitioner and ofcourse the amazing surgeon. The building and clinic is very impressive and puts you at instant ease. All your leaving information is most helpful and any queries are only a phone call away direct to Spa Medica. Thankyou all so very much .

I have had the cataract in both eyes successfully removed with the biggest revelation being seeing the world in vivid colours again with crystal clear vision and well worth the minor discomfort whilst having the procedure, more so the pre-op eye drops than the operation. The staff on both occasions had courtesy and empathy for my situation and were very professional throughout the entire process from booking the appointments to post operation discharge. 11/10 for the whole process, just keep still whilst the operation is in progress, it will transform your vision.

I can only give the highest praise for this Company and location. Pre-Op, Operation and Post op was all five star. I as given plenty of information (I was worried) which explained the procedure easily. The staff were all very friendly and professional when dealing with me it allayed a lot of my fears. Thankyou
