The whole experience of my 3 visits to this Clinic were 100% positive. Every one of the Clinic's staff approached me in a friendly, caring and professional manner at all times. The various procedures were explained to me and any queries I raised were answered in a logical and clear way so I had no doubts about going ahead with both operations. I have nothing but praise for SpaMedica at Taunton.

The whole process from referral to assessment to surgery took just under 6 weeks. The two visits to the clinic for assessment and surgery were efficient and staff could not have been more helpful.

All the staff that attended to me at Spamedica Taunton were very helpful and friendly from the gentleman who welcomed us, to the medical staff that delt with me.

Having great staff made a huge difference for me as I am profoundly deaf and mainly lip read with hearing aids assistance. All of the staff were considerate and helpful. Everything and procedures were explained to me. This included the staff on the helpline and the nurse who called me back to help with an issue I had. Which was resolved. I would be more than happy to return for further surgery on my other eye.

I visited SpaMedica in Taunton for a pre-assessment and for two subsequent Cataract removal operational procedures. Throughout my visits I was dealt with by attentive and competent staff at all levels. Without doubt, collaboration between the NHS and the Private Sector is the way forward for our health care in thes country.

Clinical and administrative staff all very efficient, friendly and helpful. Atmosphere in clinic reassuring. Felt very relaxed despite being apprehensive about the procedure

I have now attended this hospital four times and the level of patient care and service has been outstanding on each occasion. Follow up visits including the second operation were arranged remarkably quickly and with excellent efficiency. Explanations are clear and reassurances provided where needed. The day after my second operation I am deighted with the outcome. My thanks to all involved in providing this service to people like myself.

The service was exceptional from the initial assessment to the actual procedure. Every stage was clearly explained and the staff were all very helpful and reassuring as I was nervous of a procedure on my eye. They answered all my questions and explained the aftercare clearly to ensure an excellent result.
