Very pleased with the caring of the nurses and the surgeon was very attentive and kept you comfortable during the surgery I am extremely greatful to SpaMedica for their good practices

No waiting list operation 1 week after visit. 1 month from eye test to operation. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

On the 8 May I attended the clinic for the removal of a cataract in my right eye. The clinic was very busy, car parking was limited and unfortunately they were running late. As a result the appointment took over four hours, which was a long time for accompanying drivers to wait. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful and the environment was clean and comfortable. I met and chatted to some interesting patients which helped to pass the time. The actual operation was not stressful, though I would have preferred there to have been a commentary so I knew what stage we were at. I appreciate that this would not suit some patients, but my sister had such a commentary when her cataract removed a few weeks earlier in Whitstable and she found it reassuring. My eye is recovering well, I’ve experienced no pain or irritation and after six days my eyesight is almost normal, which is very pleasing. I would thoroughly recommend SpaMedica and I am looking forward to having the other eye operated on as soon as it is practical to do so.

This is a fairly new place. It is spotlessly clean and you get a friendly welcome when you arrive. All the nurses are friendly and very reassuring. Each stage of the procedure was explained and the doctor talked me through everything. On the day itself, I was looked after all the way. I would definitely recommend SpaMedica

I arrived to have a cataract feeling very nervous but was quickly out at ease by the staff from the moment that I entered the building. The whole procedure was carried out very efficiently and I was very grateful to every one.

From checking in to after my procedure I was looked after very well by everyone, I highly recommend them It was also very clean & sterile. During the procedure you are informed of everything they are doing.

I’m most impressed with SpaMedica Swindon, from the time of my arrival at reception through to departure. All and everyone one of the medical team were most attentive and professional, I can’t praise them enough, I had two cataracts done and both time’s excellent. I’m so pleased with the result and highly recommend SpaMedica.

Extremely welcoming and caring experience from all members of the team. Both eyes have been done now and I couldn’t be happier. Surgery on the first eye was a life changer and I fully expect the same from the second surgery today

The process was well organised and efficient. The staff were friendly and helpful . The star of the operation was the surgeon who was very calm and reassuring whilst clearly explaining each element of the operation. All is going well .
