From the moment I walked through the door everything ran like clockwork 👍 all the staff from the receptionist to the surgeon could not have been more helpful and friendly, they really made you feel special and they thoroughly enjoyed their work 🙏😁 an experience I will not forget in a hurry for all the right reasons Can’t wait to get my right eye done as the difference is amazing, thank you so much 🙏😁😁😁 Regards David

This was my second cataract procedure & I must say both experiences were extremely positive thanks to each & every member of the team. Everyone was so kind & put my mind at ease. The op itself takes minutes & everything explained throughout. Also what was lovely was the offer of hot drinks & biscuits☺️

From referral to operation all done within 8 weeks with excellent communication and information. Staff were totally customer care focused and the faciliies were clean and welcoming.

Everything was brilliant from the first visit through to the final operation. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The actual facilities were very clean and tidy and professionally run. The information supplied prior to, during and after all my visits, was very clear and helpful. And the routines for checking in, and out, as well as”moving around the building” are slick and efficient. Thank you to All.

After hearing about long delays for cataract surgery I was amazed to only wait just a few weeks. Treated with respect and the surgeon put me at ease talking me through the whole process as he worked. I certainly would recommend going through SpaMedica.

Had my second cataract operation on right eye operation was successful as the first excellent service from start to finish from reception, consultation, and operation and follow up appointment reception staff very helpful always asking if we would like a drink and of course the tasty biscuits. If I had to give an award it would have to be a gold one and on TripAdvisor it would have to be a 10 star rating not 5. I was

Had my 1st cataract surgery on 23rd March and I was very nervous they gave me a sedative and all I can say is wow the nurses were lovely and the surgeon was amazing very kind and made me feel at ease, he told me step by step what was happening,it was so quick not even 15 minutes and did not feel a thing, at the moment still a bit blurry but early days yet so I say to all of you at Spamedica which is very clean, hot drinks and biscuits all free, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your care and kindness, I have to have the other eye done after my post op check. To all people who are scared and trust me I am the worst I would say don't be scared or nervous the staff and surgeon's are wonderful and also the receptionists at the front desk most welcoming and smiling so thank you Spamedica

Quick and efficient treatment from caring staff. Both cataracts removed in less than 3 months from referral. Facilities are clean and comfortable . Recommend to anyone needing cataract surgery.
