Staff are so friendly polite and help you to relax The doctors are so informative. I went there feeling so anxious and the nurses really make you at ease. This hospital and staff need more recognition

I've had both eyes done and the results are fantastic, I was quoted 64 weeks wait with the NHS,the optical the referred me to SpaMedica within 2 weeks I had my pre op and a week later I had my first eye done followed by the second 4 weeks after that . I must say that at all times the care I recieve was first class and would recommend anyone to go there.

I am so grateful for this clinic being available, from start to finish my treatment was off the chart, so warm and friendly, they made you feel so welcome, everything was exceptional, I was so relaxed every step of the way, everything was explained to me, and they would answer any question you care to ask, the facility is run with precision, there was calming music playing along the corridors, plenty of coffee and biscuits no waiting time, what a great place to work. Easy to find, plenty of car parking. Thank you to everyone at spaMedica you made a very nervous ladies treatment, a walk in the park, I’m so grateful.

From my opticians referral on 5th November I was seen for my pre+op appointment by the staff at SpaMedica on Saturday 11thNovember. The staff were very reassuring and knowledgeable. My cataract surgery was then arranged for the 21st November. Everything went smoothly. The staff were wonderful from start to finish and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Such a short waiting time too.

From beginning to end treatment was marvellous. A clean and comfortable practice. They couldn't do enough to make sure your comfortable.

Such a professional organisation who are so welcoming. Treated with utmost respect even though it's a private organisation but you're referred for NHS treatment. Not kept waiting, everything explained in layman's terms and felt very supported. Excellent customer service.

I visited Spa Medica this morning to have the stitches removed from my right eye after a Cataract Procedure about 6 weeks ago. This clinic is a pleasure to visit - all the staff appear pleasant, competent and hard-working, and the premises themselves (including the toilets !) are spotless. After a short wait, I was called in to have my stitches removed by a polite and friendly surgeon, who put some eye-drops in and then quickly and painlessly removed the stitching, and told me that I was now free to go home (driven by my wife for safety). The entire process took less than half an hour. The clinic’s car park has enough spaces for their staff and visiting patients, and the entire experience of visiting this clinic makes the process simple and nearly painless. Also I’ve suffered from a lazy right eye ever since I was a small child (I’m now nearly 72 years old) and I have learned to cope with only one ‘good’ eye - my Cataract operation at Spa Medica Solihull has now restored almost 20/20 vision in both my eyes. Thank you Spa Medica - keep up the good work!

This is around 6th visit to the practice and the treatment received and professionalism and friendliness of all staff is exceptional. I would highly recommend and feel in safe hands for my ongoing treatment

They make you feel at ease from reception to discharge and explain all procedures. Can't believe the difference in sight after cataract removal.

From the assessment examination to the cataract operation, the procedure was seamless. No delays. Polite and professional staff who keep me informed about what they were doing and what would happen next. Text messages were useful reminders of dates to attend.
