Very very happy with my 2 Cataracts Surgery..The Staff are amazing..friendly caring reassuring comforting felt in very safe hands..very relaxed feeling in there!! So so helpful in every way.thank you so much..kind Regards

My mum is 90 & gets very confused. She called & cancelled her original appointment. Your staff were superb in rescheduling her an appointment. She was only with you for an hour & a half. Excellent service

This was a pre-op visit for cataract surgery. Entering the reception are I was warmly wecomed and offered a warm drink. My trip through the pre-op procedures was fast, efficient and friendly, with explanations where required. My op was arranged for the following week Wow! Can't give Spamedica / Solihull enough praise

From reception to departure the whole experience was one of care and professionalism and the result was amazing, thanks to all staff for being so caring and professional. Thank you all I attended the Solihull clinic on the 5th of March 2024 from the reception to my departure I experienced great care and professional treatment throughout. Thank you all sincerely.

They helped me very fast and made sure I was feeling okay the whole time. I was really nervous but everyone there was really nice and helpful and the surgeon was really good too, taking though the procedure to let me know everything is going well

I’ve had cataracts removed from both eyes and on all appointments, assessment & surgery I found the staff to friendly, caring & professional with an excellent post operative recovery period. The staff who answer the central call centre have been very obliging & answered all my questions promptly & professionally with a friendly manner. I congratulate you all.
