From start to finish with all my appointments at SpaMedica Sittingbourne I felt it was very professionally run, I was kept fully updated and throughout all procedures I was fully informed and the whole experience was unstressful. Big thanks to everyone involved

Visited Sittingbourne for 2nd cataract op on Wednesday. Staff are very supportive and certainly make you feel at ease. Refreshments available as complimentary extra. I'd had my first eye done 5 weeks previously, l considered this to be my eye that didn't work well so l wasn't expecting too much of it but l certainly did see improvements. However, on having the other eye done yesterday, l couldn't believe the difference that cataract surgery could make. Colours and the world seems so different....wow!! Thank you.Spa Medica , NHS and Specsavers for making this journey so easy . Wonderful treatment, made to feel valued and would definitely recommend this treatment which is totally painless and op only takes about 10 minutes although you have to allow time for eyes to dilate beforehand.

I was referred by opticians seen within a month or so, this was excellent as I thought I might wait upto a year. The initial appt was rapid, professional and helpful. The reception offered an appt for procedure within 4 days, I wax unable to accept due to prior engagements. It was booked for an even more convenient time and date. The procedure was on time, professionally carried out, I was looked after to an exemplary level, the whole appt was done and dusted bang on time. Superb service, to he congratulated from reception staff , through nursing and surgical team. Well done.

I was nervous and the entire team united to help me through my procedure. They really cared. Nothing was too much trouble and most of all they gave me their time.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Appointments run to time. You're well supplied with light refreshments. All procedures well explained. Lovely clean premises. Entire procedure painless . Can't wait to have second eye operated on.

The staff were all so very personable and friendly. The surgery went very well and I am now recovering at home. Loads of after-care to read through and drops to put in my eye. The surgeon was very helpful too and made me feel at ease. I am looking forward to getting the other eye operated on too. Thankyou so much SpaMedica!

Visited again for second caterax operation on my other eye . Can not fault any staff they are all brilliant and friendly. Every stage was explained and I was put at ease. The first operation was done it takes a few days to get over it eye felt like gravel in it and felt bruised. 2nd operation went very much the same every one so kind and helpfull . Thank you all for your amazing work .I can see much better now kind regards All Paul

I have now had both eyes done and the result is incredible. I can now see clearly without spectacles. The kindness and care I received was truly outstanding with everyone making sure that I thoroughly understood every step in the pre-op checks and the procedure itself. So very very pleased with everything.

There’s nothing I can fault about the practice. Every member of staff from the lady keeping the place spotless and offering hot beverages and a biscuit, to the Surgeon who spoke to me calmly before and during the procedure. I have private healthcare, but this felt so processional I was more than happy to have the operation at Spamedica. I had my right eye operated on and when the time comes for my left eye, I will be more than confident returning to them. I cannot sing the whole teams praises enough. Thank you so much to an amazing practice.
