I have had both cataracts done at this practice and from the moment you arrive I was looked after you so well, explaining everything to me as I went go through each stage of my treatment, everyone is very courteous and helpful and seem to enjoy their jobs which put me at ease . I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone requiring cataract surgery.

All appointments were on time. All staff very pleasant and helpful with offers of hot or cold drinks and biscuits. On the operation side, the experience was wonderful and no pain. My second op was the same except the surgeon was a bit heavy handed,no pain but I think he was used to patients being fully anaesthetised. Aftercare was brilliant. Thank you all.

The reception staff couldn't have been more helpful and kind, the nursing staff were all reassuring, calming and professional including the surgeon who performed the operation. I would completely recommend having an eye op at this clinic. The man on reception even walked me to my car where my husband was waiting.

I recently had my first cataract removed, Spa Medicas team were professional, helpful and friendly throughout the whole experience They do the NHS proud (by association)

They were very kind and friendly. And the surgeon vas was terrific I felt very comfortable and the nurse was very welcoming.

I cannot recommend SpaMedica highly enough. From beginning to end of cateract operation professional and caring staff. Operation itself was very quick and totally painless. Sight in that eye has improved greatly.

Staff very polite and helpful, making for a stress reduced visit, seen on time on pre op and day of operation, over very quickly and without any stress, informed at every point of treatment. Would recommend SpaMedical to anyone requiring cataract treatment. Looking forward to having other eye dealt with.

I had both my cataracts treated at Spamedica Sittingbourne. I am very happy with the results. The team were all friendly respectful and professional. There was a slight misunderstanding when I had my second op but members of the team went above and beyond to resolve it quickly. Thank you to all the team.

I had both cataracts removed there. First one in February and second in April. Although surgery on first eye was rather rough and uncomfortable, the second was a more pleasant experience. Staff were very professional and friendly and explained the surgery etc. Clinic itself was very clean. My long sight is now amazing and no need for contact lenses after nearly 40 years! Just reading glasses now for as and when. I would definitely recommend the clinic.
