Staff very polite and helpful, making for a stress reduced visit, seen on time on pre op and day of operation, over very quickly and without any stress, informed at every point of treatment. Would recommend SpaMedical to anyone requiring cataract treatment. Looking forward to having other eye dealt with.

I had both my cataracts treated at Spamedica Sittingbourne. I am very happy with the results. The team were all friendly respectful and professional. There was a slight misunderstanding when I had my second op but members of the team went above and beyond to resolve it quickly. Thank you to all the team.

I had both cataracts removed there. First one in February and second in April. Although surgery on first eye was rather rough and uncomfortable, the second was a more pleasant experience. Staff were very professional and friendly and explained the surgery etc. Clinic itself was very clean. My long sight is now amazing and no need for contact lenses after nearly 40 years! Just reading glasses now for as and when. I would definitely recommend the clinic.

I was taken care of very well. They were very supportive after the eye surgery Eye surgery went well All their staff was very professional And caring Operation schedule was very quick.

The nursing staff and receptionist were welcoming on Friday 8th march and very attentive.The surgeon was not at all reassuring. After the procedure instead being given a 15 minute to sit and get your head together. You are rushed out the door.

From start to finish I was treated with care and respect from all the lovely people and surgeon (Q). My operation was a painless experience and if I require the other eye to be done l would have no hesitation to the treatment. Thank you all.

I took my elderly mum who has Dementia to have Cateracts removed from both eyes. This involved 4 exceptional visits. Extremely caring, made to feel relaxed from the beginning. Full eye checks done and explained every step they were doing and outcome. Actual cateract removal on 2nd visit again every step explained to a level my mum could understand and felt comfortable with. Follow up again delt with care and respect. Process repeated for her other eye to be done. My mum was more than happy to attend and go through the procedure. Follow up session both eyes were checked to ensure everything was still ok and ensure my mum was happy. My mum was very pleased that her eye sight had improved which is a massive plus with her Dementia. I really cannot say enough about the outstanding friendlyness, support and care that you recieve by all the staff From the very beginning to the end.
