From checking in at reception, to leaving after the op. The staff and service I received could not have been bettered if I had gone private. IIt is now 13 since my op. I have followed post op. instructions exactly, and have had no trouble. I can now read very small print and read most number plates over 20mtrs. away I cannot wait to have my other eyes done. Excellent.

As soon as you arrive you are made to feel welcome and put at ease. Even though I'm an ex NHS employee I was quite apprehensive but this feeling soon left me! All staff I encountered were very reassuring, very professional and very supportive at every step of the way explaining the whole process in great and understandable detail. I have now completed my treatment for both eyes and am seeing so much more!! Thanks to all the staff and I'm sure you will continue to provide this important and excellent service.

Found Spa Clinica excellent in every way begining with the excellent patient transport service. The very efficient check in process and very welcoming coffee and biscuits on arrival for surgery and most of all the fast and pain free surgery. The entire process is a credit to Spa Clinica and their staff.

The whole procedure from start to finish was carried out in a very professional manner, and all of the staff were excellent in everything that they did. It made it a pleasure to attend and have the first of my cataract operations. Many thanks to all the staff involved.

I was extremely frightened to have a cataract operation but was made to feel calmer and reassured from the moment I walked through the door to SpaMedica, Preston. The whole experience was very professionally conducted by every member of the team, it was quick but thorough and questions were answered immediately and competently by everyone. The surgery was completely painless and I was talked through at each stage which really my anxiety. I would have no reservations on recommending SpaMedica to anyone who required eye treatment.

Really pleasant and friendly experience. Had Cataract surgery and all the staff were lovely and so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. 5 star service. Really impressed.

First time for cataract surgery, I was given all the information I needed at the pre-op assessment and left feeling confident. I attended for the surgery 9 days later and everything went smoorhly. Was kept informed throughout the visit and the surgeon explained fully what he was going to do. All the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly which put me at ease. Hoping to have my other eye done as soon as possible and not a bit worried. Uncomfortable yes, but not painful and hopefully worth it. I required transport and I have to say the drivers on both occasions were very friendly and having other patients on the journey was good as you could swap experiences.

I have recently had cataract surgery on both eyes. From Reception as you go in very friendly staff who make you feel very relaxed, every step of the way the procedure explained to you. Thankyou All.

From initial consultation to cataract removal the staff were friendly and professional taking care to explain the examination and surgery. I was very apprehensive and nervous but staff calmed me. I would have like the surgeon to explain what was happening during the procedure, it was a shock when a blue sheet came over my face without warning, likewise when using the water spray. The procedure was over quite quickly with just a mild discomfort. I know what to expect for the next one. My eye is still blurred but it has only been 4 days. Time will tell if it is successful.
