After my assessment I was given a date and attended last week for my first cataract operation. The staff were friendly and explained every step of the way. Really put me at ease. Would also add the building was spotless and parking easy . My husband could get a coffee while he waited for me. Really can’t fault anything.

I was a bit anxious about the procedure but was put at ease by the team at every stage. I'm glad I was referred to SpaMedica rather then a local hospital and would recommend.

A huge thank you. I was treated for a cataract and met with friendliness, concern, consideration and - above all - professionalism. Throughout the whole procedure I was informed and my queries fully answered. I am deeply grateful.

I found all the staff very professional and efficient, but more than that. They were friendly, attentive and caring and I've had both my cataracts done there and each time the surgery has been extremely successful.

I attended this spa medica a short while ago. I had complete confidence in my treatment greatly helped by the staff having a calm efficient friendly manner. I am so glad I chose to go there for my cataract …

What an amazing place. The staff were friendly, kind and very efficient. They gave me a lot of confidence as I was quite nervous of the procedure. I can now see so much better and can't wait to have my other eye done

Had both eyes done here on NHS 20 months apart. Quick , efficient , lovely staff and facilities . I’m sure much better than any hospital environment. Easy parking. On time . Highly recommended.

I had my second eye cataract removed last week, what a difference it has made to my life. Colours are much more vibrant and vision overall so much improved. I cannot speak highly enough of the Long Hanborough team they have shown care and consideration from start to finish. What is so nice is not only are patients treated well but the atmosphere there indicates that it is a happy environment to work in, and it shows. Well done team Long Hanborough 5* from me.

The staff at this hospital, starting with those on reception, went above and beyond my expectations. Especial thanks goes to the lady on reception (sorry I don't know her name) who brought my second cataract op forward, and also sorted out an issue with my optician. They made the whole process much better than I'd feared.

I have had Cataract surgery in both eyes, completed at SpaMedica in Oxford. T he staff in Oxford are friendly and welcoming and all the nurses and doctors very professional and helpful. Starting with staff at reception who are very friendly to the helpful to the nursing, doctors and recovery staff, all have been excellent. Cataract surgery of course like any eye surgery is never easy (I am quite an anxious person), but the staff at SpaMedica in Oxford made it so much a better experience than I had imagined. The SpaMedica team in Oxford are really exemplary and should be recognised as such.
