I have just had a cataract operation (the first of two) It was like all nhs used to be. (Before the stress of over work took hold.) The staff were extremely efficient. You are welcomed at the door and escorted to the reception. I was seen in a timely and effective fashion. Staff are friendly (they even coped with my jokes, just about anyway.) The surgery is a great success. Why should we not expect such excellence from our nhs. (We must ensure it is funded and managed correctly.) Well done to everyone at SpaMedica Oldham. Thank you. Now make sure the next eye is just as good.

Went for pre operation check on a Thursday, op done following day. Informed fully and clearly throughout. All staff were brilliant. A stressful time made stress free.

The clinic is a calming,relaxing place. Patients are treated with the utmost respect by smiling helpful members of staff. I was treated very much as an individual by warm and curtious staff. Every stage of the procedure was explained and all questions answered. My cataract surgery was carried out from referral to completion in three days. I attended alone and was supported every step of the way. I would highly recommend this clinic and would have no hesitation being treated there in the future.

I was well cared for at Spa Medica for cataract surgery. Staff were helpful and supportive as well as competent in their various roles. The communication from the clinic is excellent, assessment is thorough and waits for treatment are short.

All the staff from the concierge to the doctor have been brilliant. Compassionate and caring And nothing is too much trouble. The facility itself is state of the art and really clean. The appointment system is brilliant. I was in having my op within a week of being referred. Well done to all the staff and thank you.

Welcoming and calming. Nothing to much trouble . They explained the procedure in detail. Really pleased with the results. Happily recomend this SpaMedica.

I enquired about possible treatment on Wednesday. By Tuesday of the following week one eye is perfect! Amazing. I have worn glasses since I was 6 and paid thousands of pounds over the years with various glasses. Thank you so much.

Friendly staff, very pleasant environment, I was made to feel relaxed as I was quite nervous about my cataract procedure. I have recommended the Oldham practice to friends

Very thorough pre-assessment by a very competent team. From the start with the escorts on arrival to the tea and biscuits at the end made for an amazing experience. Everybody was highly professional, kind, helpful and caring. What a 'team' all working together. I have nothing but the highest praise for the professionalism with which I was treated by the surgical team led by a highly skilled surgeon. The supporting literature and the administration of the care and drops after surgery was all very clear and concise. Would 100% recommend.
