Lovely polite and friendly staff at SpaMedica. The treatment for my cataract was very quick and completely pain free. Just waiting to have number 2 done now. Excellent from start to finish

Was very pleased with the efficiency and professionalism of the service. Friendly and helpful staff who explained everything thoroughly at every stage. Instructions during the operation were a little contradictory, e.g. 'keep watching the light and don't move' but there were 3 lights and they moved around. 'Look straight ahead' but then I can't see the light because it has gone to the left or right.

Pre op and operation appointments were brilliant. Lovely kind staff that made you feel at ease. I had a complication with my eye to start off with but my surgeon was amazing. I was told I needed to come back for an appointment 2 weeks later. They couldn't fit me in so it was 3 weeks. Women I attended I found the staff nit as pleasant. In tge room were they take readings one nurses couldn't understand why I hadn't got new glasses (only 3 weeks since op) the other nurse made it very difficult to get my chin and head onto the machine by nit lowering it enough. I did ask for it to be lowered. When I eventually saw the ophthalmologist I was taken a back by him say m, you are too early for a post op. I didn't make the appointment I was asked to come backbearly because of the complications. He just didn't seem interested at all. I also told him my eye saw scratchy but this was ignored.

I'm delighted with the result of my recent cataract surgery. It was only performed two days ago, but my sight is so much clearer. Everything seems lighter and colours are much brighter. I am able to read most sizes of print without using spectacles and can also type on my computer without them. All of the staff were friendly and respectful. The operation itself went by without any pain, just a little discomfort from the bright lights. I would like to thank all the staff, nurses and surgeons concerned.

Staff was lovely and very efficient. Nurses were friendly, main guy at reception downstairs at entrance was very welcoming and just a lovely guy in general. Process of surgery was great no problems. Thank You all

What an amazing place and what amazing staff. They all dedicated to their calling to serve others. I felt very much at ease throughout the whole process of dealing with them, and the results of the procedure, seeing is believing!!

All the staff are very professional and welcoming I observed staff interaction with patients and all were reassuring, informative and supportive. My own experience was excellent from the meet and greet through to the consultant performing the procedure and all his team.
