First impressions last a lovely clean environment with the most friendly and welcoming , calming staff. Everything explained that we needed to know and nothing to much trouble for them .

From the moment you arrive with free parking then the cheerful professional greeting at the door, escorted to reception which has free drinks and biscuits. Passed through each stage of the procedure by very helpful staff (everyone seemed happy to be working here) The actual operation went like clockwork and was painless I left to return home with a pack and all the instructions needed for full recovery at home which even contained a nice biro. I don't think I have ever had a better medical experience. Top marks Spamedica has my 100% aproval

Everything and everyone was well organised. All the staff were extremely helpful, informative and friendly. The procedure went exactly as planned, and took about the time they had suggested. The booklets, both pre and post surgery were very informative and helpful. Altogether, although I had been quite nervous, the experience went very well and was comfortable.

Took my wife to this very impressive facility. Everything was first class from the moment you arrive being greeted at the entrance right through to having the procedure. I would highly recommend SpaMedica.

Was taken care of by the staff as soon as you arrive, polite and courteous, and surgery well explained and talked to about what is happening, and free tea and biscuits afterwards, very good service

Dreading ever having to have cataract op,I can't praise Spa Medica enough.All the staff were so welcoming and friendly both at the assessment and op.day.They put you totally at ease,were very informative,caring and efficient.I csn honestly say I look forward to getting my other eye done ASAP by them.Thsnk you everyone.
