Extremely friendly thoughtful and efficient staff. Very good with my elderly mother. Beautiful clinic. Beverages and snacks on offer

From being seen from Opticians… the referral … to surgery. Excellent care, pleasant staff, seen quickly and efficiently … overall fantastic!!

Excellent treatment from beginning to end Staff very accommodating and willing to help at every stage from pre-op assessment to discharge after surgery.

From referral to operation was within a month! The staff were very personable and friendly. All my questions were answered. The surgeon talked through everything he was doing. Great after care advice. The only thing I would say is that there seemed to be only one toilet for staff and patients. Also for a new clinic I was surprised that two of the three doors into the clinic were broken.

Friendly but professional experience again. First eye operated on at Team Valley, second yesterday at North Tyneside. Can't praise both too much. Put at ease when you walk through the door. Processed quickly and all steps explained.

Everyone was very welcoming and took me through the full system step by step. It was very quick and the staff very helpful getting me a taxi home
