Had my 2nd cataract op yesterday. ‘Twas even better than the 1st experience. Each & every staff member was thorough with explanations, efficient, supportive, respectful with a dash of humour to ease the experience. Top notch surgeon. Thank you.

Very well organised, caring and helpful staff. Procedure was painless - superb surgeon. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I have had cataract removal in both eyes and the treatment has been excellent. All staff were friendly and most helpful. I am now fully back to normal and my eyesight is very good.

On arriving we were seen very efficiently and by friendly staff, no time was wasted and it was not long before I was treated and sent home. The whole experiance was 5 star.

From my pre op assessment to having my first cataract surgery I was amazed at how quickly it all happened. Greeted at the door before going to reception and offered tea, coffee and biscuits puts you at ease immediately. The whole team are so caring and patient. My surgery was done quickly and I don’t know why I was so anxious about it. Can highly recommend Spa Medica in Newcastle under Lyme

Went into surgery at the time of my appointment, everyone was really nice and put me at ease. Surgery was very quick and painless. Went home within half an hour after surgery. The outcome is brilliant my vision is great. Would highly recommend this place.

I was a little apprehensive and was immediately put at ease. Treatment was quick and absolutely amazing. The staff were extremely kind and helpful can’t thank them enough.

From first assessment on 28/8/24 to my eye surgery on the 30/8/24 couldn’t believe how quick my procedure was done . I was nervous when I went in but needn’t have been ,as everyone made you feel at ease nothing was to much trouble.The surgeon was very quick and put your mind at rest as he spoke to you.They must all enjoy their jobs as no one was miserable made you feel welcome .

The care I received was wonderful,the staff looked after myself with understanding and not once was I left in the dark about anything,couldn't have been more helpful.
