I was so nervous, everyone put me at ease. Everything was explained thoroughly about the procedure. A complete success, I have no concerns about returning for my second procedure. All staff and consultant were absolutely fantastic, helpful and friendly. I would recommend spa medica 100%. Thank you to everyone.

The whole process was clear, efficient, and timely. I was given clear instructions, a structured procedure, and appointments that suited me. If I had wanted, the whole process could have been completed within about 2 weeks from referral. As it was, it was completed in 5 weeks Using specialist single-task private services such as this is definitely a good use of NHS resources.

The service I received from Spa Medica was outstanding, from the booking process though to the prompt efficiency on the day and to the advise I was given post operative. Thank You to the surgeon and staff who not only demonstrated their skill but did so with friendliness and compassion.

I was so pleased with the treatment I have received at Spa Medica - receptionists, nurses and surgeons were friendly, helpful and caring. From the initial appointment to both cataract procedures - highly recommended.

Everyone was most kind and hepful. Every step of the way was explained and my questions answered. The procedure was carried out quickly and with care. I can now see clearly - bright colours and clear focus from about 1 metre to the far distance without glasses, just what I wanted. I will only need glasses now for close ups, such as reading. Totally delightful.

From the the minute I walked through the door I felt a good ambience l. The staff are amazing and made me feel comfortable, nothing was too much trouble for them. My procedure was explained to me in a very relaxed competent way. Definitely recommend Spamedica

Had a Cataract procedure on my right eye, the organisation from reception, assessment, and the procedure itself was extremely slick and professional and carried out in perfectly clean facility. In addition the staff throughout were friendly and provided excellent communication… Could not be better thank you very much !!
