SpaMedica, Newark was first rate from start to finish of my treatment. The staff were friendly and thoroughly professional in everything they did. I was thoroughly briefed on the nature of my operation and, consequently felt confident that the procedure would go well. I was nor disappointed. Thank you SpaMedica.

I had both eyes done four weeks apart. Everything went very well except order management. For my first visit three people were operated on before me despite having later appointments because the patient boards got shuffled. For my second visit again three patients with later appointments were processed ahead of me. Nobody spoke to me for one hour after I arrived. Despite this I was very pleased with the actual operation.

Through every stage from pre operation check-up to the pre theatre process and then into the theatre for the operation and finally to discharge, I found the whole procedure was very professional, geared to patient comfort and safety and with a great result for myself. Thank you all.

From start to finish my appointments and surgery were well organised and quick. 4 weeks from optician referral to surgery. I always felt well looked after and cared about.

Have had cataracts removed from both eyes by SpaMedica at Newark. Both have had great results. On both occasions took less than two hours from arrival to leaving. Staff are friendly and helpful and put you at ease. Parking is available on site and seating for friends or relatives to wait for you. A stress free procedure.

Had my 1st procedure this week no problems what so ever , everything went to plan with great success. The clinic was very organised and the staff are wonderful. Looking forward to my 2nd procedure with same amount of success as the 1st. The clinic make sure any family member who is waiting is also looked after with lovely coffee in the machine, which was filled up constantly . The only concern we had was the car park is very small and tight

From my initial assessment to the post op talk I cannot fault the whole experience. From start to finish all of the staff were welcoming, friendly they explained everything in detail and made the whole experience as relaxing as possible. Thank you to everyone at SpaMedica Newark.
