I have had two cataract operations and both times from start to finish I received first class treatment from all the staff

Have had cataracts removed from both eyes by SpaMedica at Newark. Both have had great results. On both occasions took less than two hours from arrival to leaving. Staff are friendly and helpful and put you at ease. Parking is available on site and seating for friends or relatives to wait for you. A stress free procedure.

Had my 1st procedure this week no problems what so ever , everything went to plan with great success. The clinic was very organised and the staff are wonderful. Looking forward to my 2nd procedure with same amount of success as the 1st. The clinic make sure any family member who is waiting is also looked after with lovely coffee in the machine, which was filled up constantly . The only concern we had was the car park is very small and tight

From my initial assessment to the post op talk I cannot fault the whole experience. From start to finish all of the staff were welcoming, friendly they explained everything in detail and made the whole experience as relaxing as possible. Thank you to everyone at SpaMedica Newark.

From initial contact through pre op consultation right through to surgery and aftercare, the service was excellent. The staff were all customer focussed and I felt respected and cared for from the outset. Brilliant practice.

Yesterday 8/3/2024 I had my 2nd cateract surgery with Spamedica at Newark. Delightful staff and excellent surgeon. All very reassuring for an anxious patient, Hopefully soon be enjoying my improved vision, Thank you to all, And to NHS for providing this wonderful service.

I attended the hospital for my second cataract treatment and, as with the first procedure, I was treated to the same excellent registration and treatment processes. There was a short delay but I and the other patients involved were kept informed of the situation and offered refreshments and regular assurance throughout the waiting period - this is a great hospital with first class medical and administrative staff and I wholeheartedly recommend it to those in need of cataract treatment.

Had cataract surgery and did not have to wait long for the appointment. All of the staff were very welcoming and pleasant. Everything about the surgery was explained so I felt very confident about the procedure.
