Clean clinic, friendly, calming staff. Was picked up and brought home by their mini-bus service, by a lovely lady. And best of all I can see again, in my right eye.

I was welcomed by the check in guy & the friendly Receptionist’s, 1st consultation was quick & I was out in less than an hour,absolutely fantastic & My operation day was a breeze & I left in less than 2 hours everyone was absolutely fantastic & friendly & made my experience excellent, Everything was explained at every single stage & I could immediately notice the cloud & yellowing had disappeared as soon as i left the room, It was amazing i could see better than ever before! Thank you So Much to Everyone of the Team who were all so lovely!!

It’s one of the best place to get eye treatment, got my treatment recently, from receptionist to surgeons everyone were very helpful and the entire process was smooth. Highly recommended this place. And thanks to everyone for the wonderful treatment.

I was quite anxious before the procedure but the staff are wonderful, so helpful and happy, you can see they enjoy their job. Also the place is so clean, I have a thing about toilets (I rate places on how clean the toilets are) no need to worry, they are squeaky clean. Overall I would give this practice 10 out of 10. Looking forward to having my other eye done.

I was rather anxious at having this cataract done but I need not have worried as I was well looked after before op for the assessment and after the operation. Operation was well conducted everything was explained as the operation went along and concluded. The transport there and back was spot on drivers were both very nice and helpful. Thank you to all staff .

The staff were amazing, friendly and the order of professionalism executed from one service right to the end was just awesome. To put icing on the whole service, the tea/coffee and biscuit added to make the atmosphere more friendly and relaxing. To all staff at SpaMedica thank you and keep up the standards.

If this centre and its culture of standards and teamwork was the template for the NHS then this country would be in a far better state. The experience of SpaMedica as a whole is first rate from the moment of first contact via letter and text to the greeting at the door by a friendly, well informed man at the door. How refreshing. Thank you to everyone involved for your support and making me feel confident in the process and care provided.

I recently had a second cataract operation at Spa Medica, both were done within 4 months! Everything was really great, speed of appointments, lovely caring staff and actual operations.
