Used this practice for both eyes and the service, staff were professional, staff were friendly and the surgery was successful on both ocassions

Had cataract op, first one, very pleased with the whole setup. Staff very friendly, told me what was going to happen etc., Opticians followed up about 4 days later, booking my post op eye test. Thanking them again, Keep up the good work.

The treatment was wonderful. It was a matter of days from the opticians referral to my first appointment at Spa medica. All staff were excellent and there was absolutely nothing that could have been improved. Both cataracts done and I'm a very happy patient.

The practise was very clean and comfortable. All staff were very friendly and gave reassurance for the surgery and how to contact in the event of any after care issues. The whole process was clearly explained and undertook professionally and safely.

The location is easy to find, the staff are pleasant and polite and the YAG treatment took seconds. I had a 9.10am appointment and was home before 10.30. Thanks also to staff at Spamedica in Coventry who did the pre-assessment and advised that Leicester could perform the YAG treatment earlier. They were also so very helpful and extremely professional.
