I found the process of my cataract surgery very smooth and efficient from the time of referral to completion of the surgery. All the staff were pleasant from the receptionist who offered us coffee and biscuits on arrival to the nurses and doctors. The information booklets were helpful although the instructions I received from the discharge nurse differed from that in the booklet with regard to hair washing and continuing the eye drops had been given at the preassessment. I followed her advice and 10 days on from the surgery everything seems to be going well. I will be confident at going back for my second eye when the time comes. One final comment. The efficient service did feel a bit like being on a production line but it was preferable to a long wait for an appointment.

From the transport pick up for the pre-assessment appointment, the cheerful staff on reception and the pre-assessment nurses, I can only recommend this service. Sadly my dad's operation was rescheduled, but again on the operation day, the transport driver was cheerful and very helpful and this theme was replicated by all the staff we met in the clinic. A very big thank you to everyone, a very efficient service.

Brilliant from start to finish. Very professional, friendly, efficient and welcoming. It was all over very quickly and I really couldn’t find anything negative to say whatsoever. So pleased I chose this clinic.

The Staff were very pleasant and attentive, nothing seemed to be to much trouble. They even remembered the registration and name of my grandson who brought and collected me on every occasion (6). The practice was very maculate, spotless and very well organised. I've had two Cataracts and one laser treatment at this clinic. I've seen private medical centres in the America and this is very comparable. I've been very impressed.

All staff at every level were welcoming and friendly. A full explanation was given as I attended each sequence leading towards my operation. The cataract surgery was pain free and was soon completed. My visit was a positive and impressive experience.

The staff at SpaMedica were all friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable throughout my pre-op assessment and cataract surgery. At all times I was kept informed of the procedures and timescales. The surgeon was very reassuring and my procedure was quick and pain free.

The staff were very pleasant and extremely competent. The process for my cataract operation went extremely moothly and post operation I was given all the information to look after the healing process.
