Friendly staff and you are looked after very well’ everything is explained clearly and the surgery was completely painless’ overall i was very happy with my treatment

I had an excellent experience, and am looking forward to having the other eye done. All the staff from reception to the nurses and excellent theatre staff were wonderful.

My personal experience of this clinic was fantastic from start to finish! The clinic is clean and hygienic and all members of staff that I had the pleasure of meeting from consultants , opticians, nurses right through to administration staff and customer liason team were all lovely and carried out all their duties to a professional standard.

I was scared stiff of having my cataract surgery, but the surgeon, nurses and all the stall were wonderful and put me totally at ease .

I had my second cataract surgery last week, and as before the whole procedure was fantastic from start to finish. All the staff I spoke to were lovely, they were all efficient, professional, and caring, and the outcome with my vision following both procedures is nothing short of amazing!

The SpaMedica Team provided an excellent service. They were courteous and kind. They explained procedures carefully and were willing to answer all my questions and concerns. I had some issues pre and post op, due to ongoing eye conditions and they helped resolve those each step of the way. The surgeon was friendly and thorough. When I had to make a decision about when to have the other eye operated on, they answered each of my questions, provided good information. thereby helping me to make a good decision. The staff are extremely helpful and caring I felt relaxed, the chatter of the staff in the operating theatre took my mind off the cataract operation.

Dealt with quickly and efficiently. Staff were friendly and explained all that would be happening both pre and post operatively. Felt reassured.
