A really friendly welcome to the clinic with refreshments on offer. Wonderful support nurses with clear instructions & directions. Superb result from experienced surgeon , felt in safe hands, confident throughout the whole experience of cataract surgery . Left well briefed & feeling totally pleased with the result.

Would recommend SpaMedica at Hull Staff helpful, very professional Unit very clean Will be pleased to go for second one in a few weeks Thank you to the Surgeon and all the Staff

Made me feel relaxed from the beginning of the experience to the end after surgery. All the staff from the first team of optometrist etc to the receptionists were so friendly and supportive that I could feel more relaxed. I was quickly seen by a few people who were very polite and supportive, was a well delivered service and run with the knowledge of my own fears.

My recent experience with Spamedica was so easy and efficient. The communication was excellent from everyone. To the assessment beforehand, to the procedure which was explained to me from the surgeon before theatre.

The whole procedure from initial visit to optician to discharge from surgery was smooth, speedy, efficient and friendly. The whole staff at Spa Medica are to be congratulated, from maintenance and cleaning staff to Consultant, for making the experience pleasant and friendly.

Was very anxious at the beginning that soon passed as caring staff looked after me through the various stages of my treatment and the surgeon, brilliant, very happy with the end result...fantastic

I had my cataract taken from my right eye on the 08/01/24. Could not have had a better experience even had I gone privately. A very professional and caring attitude without the practice. I would definitely recommend SpaMedica Hull. 5*

Was picked up on time with my driver who was very helpful and friendly excellent driver the staff and reception are excellent the surgeon was very professional I can’t thank everyone enough for their care and help my all round experience was amazing thank you all very much
