The treatment I received was excellent and the staff kind and helpful. The only negative was having my surgery cancelled on arrival due to technical problems in the theatre and then at the next appointment when the op took place, waiting 2 1/2 hours. However the staff were very apologetic.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. Everything was clearly explained from the beginning to the end. I was very anxious about my surgery but the staff were so reassuring and helped to calm my nerves. The surgery went very well. It was my birthday and what a surprise they gave me a card. Thank you to the whole team.

I recently had cataract surgery on both eyes at SpaMedica Epsom. The experience both times was beyond excellent, the levels of skill, professionalism and care were sublime and reassuring. All staff were friendly, interested and informative, the entire experience could not be bettered. SpaMedica are a credit to themselves and the NHS, long may it continue!

Absolutely delighted with the whole experience, from being greeted at the door to when I was escorted out after the procedure. Everyone was so professional, kind, happy and helpful. I was treated so well. It was amazing! Each step was explained carefully by every person I spoke to.The practice was so clean and up to date. I’d highly recommend.

After calling them as an emergency on 19th September, their service was outstanding. I started as off on emergency on 20th in Wokingham and was seen daily thereafter, with transport being supplied. I have recently been discharged and the staff and all people dealing with me have been polite, friendly and caring.

My husband had cataract surgery on both eyes within about six weeks of each eye. He couldn't fault anything about the whole experience. Both Spa Medica and Specsavers were excellent.

Staff were charming courteous and attentive and advised throughout what the next actions would be. Practice manager spoke to all clients to reassure us we were in safe hands. Clinic tidy immaculate. I was sure it was a private practice mopping up the NHS backlog and was shocked when we were informed that this was NHS. Ashford and St Peters could not do my cataract for at least a year this trust offered to do it in a week. Would thoroughly recommend them and my sight is already fabulous.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful, they also put you at ease if you were worried. The actual operation was excellent as I didn't feel a thing and also couldn't see anything happening.
