The staff were friendly, the place was very clean and I was put at ease. It was good to not be in a big hospital.

From the moment you enter the practice to when you leave, you are treated with great respect, friendliness and unparalleled support. My catarax operation was done extremely professionally and I did not experience any pain at all

Was a little nervous to have a cataract removed but it couldn’t have been a better experience, very professional and friendly staff throughout, everything explained fully, facilities excellent. I’m in the recovery stage but everything going to plan. Can’t thank them enough.

The builing is pleasent, the staff are very friendly and the service excellent. At the accessment and the operation appointments all went to time. After the operation, I was greeted with a cup of coffee and a biscuit.

The atmosphere was relaxing, friendly staff, I would recommend this place and it was far nicer than being in a big hospital.

Greeted with a friendly good morning on arrival. Procedure explained clearly. All staff were friendly and helpful. Cataract operation went smoothly. Surgeon was brilliant and made sure I was comfortable and came out afterwards to make sure I was ok.

I recently had surgery to remove cataract from my left eye at SpaMedica Coventry. The staff were all extremely kind and helpful and I have nothing but praise and respect for them all. I am looking forward to having my other eye surgery later this month.
