I had my first cataract procedure yesterday at SpaMedica and during the whole experience l was made to feel comfortable and at ease. All the staff are very friendly and the theatre team and surgeon were amazing. I would highly recommend SpaMedica. Thank you again for looking after me 😊

my experience of cataract surgery at spamedica chesterfield was excellent. the friendly staff explained every step of the procedure before and after surgery , i'm very pleased with the service and being able to see well again , priceless , many thanks.

Staff all friendly and caring put you at ease and explained everything very clearly. The clinic is very clean airy and welcoming.

The communication between the clinic and myself was excellent as was the communication between all members of staff and myself on the day of the procedure. I think the idea of having something done to your eye is anxiety making and I was quite nervous but I was treated with care and gentleness at every step of the procedure. I feel this has very much contributed to a good recovery. The booklets provided by Spamedica to guide you through preparation, procedure and recovery were excellent, clearly written and full of useful information. Having phone numbers to contact someone after the procedure, should you need to, on hand was very reassuring for someone living on their own. All in all an excellent experience from start to finish.

I had my cataract operation at the Chesterfield clinic last week and was very pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff I met. The procedure was carried out smoothly and successfully and I am very pleased with the outcome. Thank you.

Fantastic service from start to finish friendly courteous staff and the clinic is modern. Was quite nervous but the staff put me at ease and everything went as it should. Thankyou SpaMedica.

From first attending this service for my pre assessment until leaving after my cataract surgery, I was treated with such courtesy from all the staff. The reception staff were very friendly and supportive, and everyone who I met from that moment right up to the surgeon who did my cataract procedure was very friendly and informative about what would happen next. Excellent service snd extremely understanding and helpful staff. Thank you to everyone at Spamedica, Chesterfield

The staff are friendly and helpful. The clinic is very clean and comfortable. All aspects around the patients' safety is paramount - therefore, a First Class Service all round. Thankyou very much for everything.
