The cataract surgery appointment came through very quickly and was fully explained by the nurse. The building was clean and well maintained. The surgery itself took 12 minutes and was very well managed. From reception through to the operation and leaving, could not have been easier, more comfortable nor more smilingly helpful. All the staff involved were pleasing to deal with and the coffee and biscuits were most welcome. I know my next operation will be as well dealt with. Thankyou to everyone.

I had cataract surgery today 23-5-2024. Excellent service from Spamedica Chester. From Communisation to surgery and transport all excellent. I can’t fault the staff at Spamedica, very friendly and caring people.

Superb organisation, communication and care. Everything done right, efficiently and effectively, can’t fault it. Operation on time, administration and communication clear and effective. Care and management professional and friendly.

I was not looking forward to this surgery, however all the staff were really thoughtful and put me at my ease. They were very professional and completed everything really quickly and I had no problems. I’d like to thank everyone involved.

Absolutely amazing 💯 from entering the building (man on desk ) to leaving I was treated like I was the most important person, I was so nervous about the procedure but on reflection there was absolutely no need to be, if there's a next time I will enjoy the coffee/tea biscuits 😀

From the time I entered the clinic until I left I was treated most kindly Everyone was friendly and helpful My questions were answered and I was put at ease The procedure was carried out as I was told to expect so no surprises and therefore no stress

Excellent service from my first appointment. Cataracts removed from both eyes. I now have wonderful vision.All staff very courteous and respectful of age. The surgeons work methodically and with precision. They are assisted by an excellent team of nurses. Thankyou all very much.
