I had my first eye done in Nov 2024 followed by second one in January 2025 Both tunes the service I received was exemplary and the results way more than I could have imagined. Staff are extremely courteous and patient I attended both of their venues and the service was consistent and extremely high standard Thank you. New lease of life for me.

Had my first eye cataract surgery this week. The whole process from beginning to end has been a great experience. All staff were really friendly and helpful. I was very nervous on the day but the nurses and surgeon took there time to make me feel relaxed and at ease. Everything was explained to me and all questions I had were answered with no issues. Would definitely recommend and will feel much more at ease when I go back for my second eye.

I had a cataract operation carried out at the Chelmsford clinical facility. The staff were very efficient and caring and the whole procedure was extremely professionally carried out.

Every member of staff was friendly, cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable. The buildings ambience and facilities were of a very high standard and there was plenty of free parking space on the site. The cataract replacement operation went according to plan and the follow on care was explained in detail. An overall excellent experience.

From arrival to leaving everyone was welcoming, courteous and took the time to explain everything clearly. The cataract procedure was quick and the surgeon even introduced himself before surgery. Would recommend 100%.

Referred for cataract removal on 9th December by my optician and whole process was completed 15th January. I was impressed by the efficiency of the process and the friendly professionalism of the SpaMedica staff.

From the moment I walked in everything went well. Offered a tea or coffee and only waited around ten minutes before being called in. The surgery was pain free and very quick.

I recently had a cataract operation at Spamedica Chelmsford. The speed from referral to first appointment was very quick and the availability for surgery was also very speedy and my wait was only one week. The clinicians were all kind, reassuring and professional and the whole process extremely efficient. The surgical team were amazing, giving reassurance and support but equally professional and caring.

I was referred for cataract on the 23rd of December 2024. I was given an appointment for pre assessment on the 7th of January 2025. I had my operation on the 14th of January 2025. Very organised setting, courteous and friendly staff. Excellent overall experience. I am recovering swiftly and looking forward for another similar experience for the other eye surgery.

I was extremely pleased with the treatment I received regarding my pre op assessment .and the day of my operation the nurses surgeons were extremely good and respectful as were your admin staff .I will certainly recommend your practice to our friends and family without any hesitation and would thank you all again for all you have done for me.
