It was my first cataract surgery and SpaMedica at Chelmsford looked after me superbly - everyone, from reception, through to the nurses and specialists running the pre-op tests and finally for the eventual surgery - was highly professional, helpful and tireless in putting me at my ease. I very highly recommend this facility. Thank you all.

Surgeon nurses right down to desk staff,excellent. Everything explained on every step of the way. And what a difference to my eye sight, I couldn't be happier.

From my first consultation to my actual cataract operation I was shown the utmost professionalism, kindness, care and consideration, when I was feeling very apprehensive on the day of my surgery and when I went in for it, the staff were so friendly and supportive to me. The consultant who performed the surgery advised me every step of the way when was happening and what he was doing and going to do next. The whole process was handled with excellent care and attention to me, taking into account how I was feeling during the consultations and on the day. My congratulation to you all for your superb service.

First Cataract for me, everyone was so friendly, yet professional. Was made to feel at ease straight away, and the operation was painless, I have to have my other eye done, no worries at all, at this fantastic Clinic

Treatment was excellent, treated like a valued person, with free tea and coffee with biscuits, also the parking 🅿️ was free

SpaMedica looked after my cataract surgery with great professionalism and care from initial Pre Assessment through to surgery appointment. Everything was clearly explained at all stages and staff were caring and considerate at all times. The surgeon who carried out the surgery put me at ease throughout. Based on this experience I would definitely recommend SpaMedica for cataract surgical procedures.

I could not fault the treatment I received, very professional and efficient. I have had both eyes done now and both were conducted with the same level of service. Only problem was with lack of parking, but this was sorted out by one of the reception staff in a very friendly way, my wife drove me there and stayed until we could come home. I would recommend the SpaMedica team at Chelmsford to anyone.

During my visit I was very nervous but the staff made me feel very at ease and comfortable. The surgery went very well and I was pleased with the outcome, not at all nervous to have the next procedure done when the time comes. My thanks to all the staff who made it a stress free visit.

I attended Spa Medica to have cataract surgery. The staff were excellent and everything is well explained. All the areas are very clean. The surgeon and his team are very efficient and reassuring. Well looked after at all times. Would recommend
