I really had a very good experience at SpaMed in Bromley. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and polite right from the pre assessment period to the actual surgical procedure. I was very anxious and nervous, however they were very understanding and were very supportive, holding my hand during surgery and reassuring me all through. You all did extremely well and I appreciate all your efforts. May God bless you all. 🙏

From start (check up) to finish (cataract surgery) it all went very smoothly. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and they lined up an interpreter for me. Discharge was great with full instructions. Would highly recommend SpaMedica.

I recently had my first cataract operation and was understandingly very apprehensive. All the staff were very polite and encouraging and did their best to put me at ease. The surgeon was very skilled and I was very surprised at how quick and painless the whole procedure was. I was given comprehensive instructions for after care and came away feeling confident. As for my new lens I am amazed at how clear my eyesight is. Thank you to everyone.

Extremely nervous, was was treated with utmost care by all the staff. I had two cataracts removed and two post surgery follow-ups. Very well looked after.

Friendly welcome on the day of my pre-op, with the process explained by reception. After a short wait, was called through to the examination rooms. The purpose of each test was explained in simple terms by the staff. with each test being carried out professionally and thoroughly, with very modern equipment. Once all tests were complete, it was back to reception to arrange an appointment for the surgery, which was given for the following day...!!, can't ask for a better service than that.

All staff very pleasant and thoughtful in all respects. Staff greeted my wife from day 1 assessment to the removal of cataract the following day. All information well documented

This practice is incredibly well run and efficient in processing a large number of people. But they are more than efficient -- they are very nice and helpful. I did not meet anyone who wasn't cheerful. At my first visit, they had a systems problem yet managed to complete their work manually with very little disruption to the patients. When my GP practice botched my referral, the SpaMedica staff took care of it. The surgeon was excellent as well, finishing my procedure quickly and carefully. He, too, was kind and helpful. The eyesight in my right eye is perfect now and I'm looking forward to having the left eye done.

I can only say my experience was second to none. I was petrified having my cataract removed but needn't have worried it was totally painless. The staff from the brilliant surgeon, down to the cleaner were wonderful. Took all the stress away, they were so reassuring. Thankyou so much.

Brilliant staff all round and well taken care of from my first appointment to my surgery. I followed all the after care and could see very well after day 2, and my vision got better and better. I would highly recommend spa medica in Bromley and would be happy to go back if needed for my other eye . Thank you to all the staff your doing a great job
