    I was most impressed by the efficiency of everyone here. The gentleman who did my procedure is an excellent surgeon. I would recommend going here above other providers in the Bristol area.

    I had complex surgery on my right eye. Staff are very kind and efficent. The operation went smoothly. The surgeon was exellent and he thanked me for staying still for him. I need my other eye done so I hope I get him as a surgeon as he was very professional and was very kind.

    This was my second Cataract surgery .I was referred by my optician and only waited 2 weeks for my assessment. At that time my Cataract wasn’t quite ready for surgery but I was promised that I would be contacted again for a second assessment in 3 months . Exactly 3 months later I was contacted and got an assessment appointment within a week. This time my Cataract was ready for surgery and an appointment was made for 2 days later . The waiting times here are very short and the practise is very friendly and efficient . I appreciated the fact that I was given an emergency number to ring following my surgery if I experienced any bad problems . I would recommend this practise to anyone needing Cataract removal . The surgeon explained everything he was doing which good and the aftercare was explained well by the nurse.

    Referred from NHS Wales for a cataract operation for my 90 year old father. We received excellent care from friendly and helpful staff, three days later he no longer needs his glasses and can see perfectly. Life changing service. Plenty of parking at the hospital, easy to find. No problems.

    My initial appointment was only about 4 weeks after my optician referred me and apart from the distance you may have to travel access is easy with plenty of free parking. From the moment you enter the clean and well maintained premises you will be greeted by a friendly reception team with plenty of free tea, coffee and biscuits on offer. There was limited waiting between various stages and everyone was friendly, warm and professional. Every step was clearly explained. As I left I was given my operation date less than a week later. Operation day was just as pleasant as my first visit and everything went smoothly and pain free. I cannot overstate how good this team is from reception, cleaning staff, nurses, theatre team and discharge nurse. This is how the NHS should be, thank you.

    All staff, extremely helpful and surgical experience. Excellent Waiting time on appointments really really quick Second surgical experience was excellent The surgeon put me at rest and answered every question I need to know

    I went for a cataract operation and from reception, medical staff and the surgeon who put me at ease, all was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hospital.

    Nice and easy place to find good parking available inside staff very friendly if anything gets fed up of being offered coffee and biscuits I went there for a cataract operation and I was there at 9:40 and I left at 12:30. Everything went smoothly and I could not fault them one little bit thank you very much spa Medica.
