Couldn’t have wished for a better experience. Throughout the journey from booking, transport provided, to pre-assessment, and then the actual procedure, all people involved in this process were warm, friendly, efficient and professional. Really impressive set up.

All staff were lovely and friendly and put me at ease. The poor nurse whose hand I squeezed through the operation was absolutely amazing (just hope her hand is ok). I’m not normally an anxious person but this operation got me, I think it was the fact that is was my eye being operated on! But she kept me calm and chatted to me throughout and told me when we were coming to the end.

Very friendly and the nurses was very nice and helpful and hospital was very glean and the driver was very polite and helpful

From the moment I arrived at reception to my checkout, the SM team in Bristol showed care and concern for my well being and anxiousness for having a cataract operation. They made sure I relaxed and was prepared for the procedure. I am extremely grateful for the care the whole team gave to me.

The time from my referral to surgery was 3 weeks, amazing. After struggling with reduced vision due to cataract for 2 years, I was referred and chose Spa Medica , Bristol. for my cataract removal surgery. The booking process, assessment and appointments were slick and efficient. All staff were supportive, kind and professional. The results from my cataract surgery is wonderful. Thankyou for giving me back my sight. The one thing that has amazed me is when I collect my young grandson from school, i can again pick out his face when he comes out of school, something I haven't been able to do for over a year.

Very helpful friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nothing was too much trouble and dealt with eye issue quickly and surgery was easy and felt comfortable for whole process

Excellent service from start to finish. Kind staff who are very informative and patient who could not do enough for you. I had my treatment within 16 days of first booking which is excellent compared to other local eye hospitals. 10/10 service with a quick recovery.
