Visited the Mayo Avenue clinic for cataract removal on both eyes The experience was second to none in every way The staff Drs and Nurses were exemplary and need to be praised for their attention to detail in all aspects I was immediately put at ease on arrival and kept informed of all aspects of the procedure and was amazed at the speed and diligence of the procedure Without doubt I would highly recommend anyone needing treatment to attend this practice Thanks to all involved Barry Gilbert

Painless and effortless experience. Friendly staff and very patient. Highly recommended. 10/10 service, felt at ease and well looked after and pleasant. Comfortable environment very welcoming.

Over the past two months I have received excellent cataract treatment from two different surgeons for which I am extremely grateful. They were both very reassuring during the procedures which is important because even though the surgery is not painful it is a rather strange experience to go through. An added bonus is that I was given corrective lenses so that I am no longer shortsighted. I can only say this is like a miracle and I am amazed that I have received this treatment through the NHS and not as a private patient. Thank you also to the nurses, including those in theatre who prepared me for the surgery. I am indebted to the surgeons and the NHS for the quality of care I have received.

My appointment came quickly. My pre-op appointment was thorough and very clear. Plenty of time was allowed for any questions. On my operation day everything was explained very clearly and I was impressed by the efficiency and expertise of the staff and how each had a very specific role to make each part of the procedure run to plan. Everything in the premises was very clean. I felt very safe moving around after the operation because I was always accompanied.

I recently had both eyes treated for cataracts at SpaMedica Bradford. On both occasions the staff were very professional and efficient. I was, in both cases, treated within 3 weeks of referral, the facilities are well looked after and the process quick and painless. Thank you.

From the moment I entered the building I was greeted with a smile,shown to reception who were very polite.Then to the waiting area and looked after well into theatre and expertly treated, all staff were informative all the time. From transport given to the necessary administration & surgery the personal care & attention was excellent. Every visit was well organised and empathetic to personal needs ie. of myself and others attending. Information given was useful and the visual graphics displayed in each area was well planned & appropriate to patient understanding. Staff were pleasant and kind in all areas.
