the experience going into SpaMedica was fantastic, you walk through the door, you are met with a smile, introduced to the practice, taken to reception, everything explained, taken to the ward, met by friendly staff, the nursing team are so so lovely, the surgeon goes through everything with you, makes you feel so at ease, the operation is so painless!! the after care is second to none!! I just cannot compliment the hospital and staff enough!!!!! I had both eyes done within 6 weeks, each time was special, Thank you so much SpaMedica, No issues with the eyes 100 % successful!!!

I have no hesitation in recommending this clinic to anyone. From the first visit for assessment to the final one for the cataract operation itself, every member of the SpaMedica team gave the most friendly and professional service ensuring that I received the very best attention and care at all times. They are a gold standard example of excellence.

All very efficient from reception staff to nurses and all members of the team. Every procedure explained by very pleasant staff members.Quick appointments and very little hanging around. Would recommend to anyone who is the slightest bit nervous because the procedure is not at all painful

A fabulous service from entering the building. All the staff are extremely friendly and nothing is too much trouble, from helping you with a coffee to putting your mind at rest about the operation. The service was quick, efficient and super professional. The procedure was painless, even though you can feel what is going on. I’m looking forward to returning to get my other eye done. Full marks to SpaMedica, recommend them highly to everyone.

From my first appointment to being discharged after surgery, the whole service was amazing and more importantly very customer / patient focused. Explained process clearly and simply. Fabulous service.

The service I received from Spa Medica was brilliant. I was a little nervous before the procedure, but there was no need to be. All the staff, from the porters to the surgeon were amazing and really looked after me. Explained everything and answered all my questions. Thank you to everyone. I will be returning in a few weeks for my other cataract to be removed....and I definitely won't be nervous!!

This is the second time using this hospital and from walking in the doors you are treated with curtesy and professionalism from start to finish I feel like I have got a new lease of life. The procedure was quick just slight discomfort but well worth it.
