My Dad has had cataract surgery today and again previously & on both occasions the care & service provided has been fantastic. Every member of staff has been exemplary and extremely professional. Thank you.

I have had cataracts removed from both eyes in the space of 2 months.. My first experience was excellent. All staff were attentive and supportive. The surgeon was gentle, reassuring and explained the procedures to me as he went along. However my second experience was totally different in relation to the surgeon whose approach was totally different to that of the first surgeon. He was very impatient with me, raised his voice to me, gave no explanation as to what he was doing, gave no reassurance whatsoever. I stopped procedures to ask him to stop shouting at me.He let the whole team down. Apart from this the experience from the rest of the team was exemplary

Arrived at Spa Medica Bolton for my appointmet. Staff very friendly and helpful full. After check in I was taken in the lift accompanied by a staff member who offered ed me tea/coffee biscuits and I waited to be called for my cataract procedure. I am very happy with the results and I would definitely recommend Bolton Spa Medica.

Such great service with speed and efficiency deserves the highest praise.I could hardly believe that I went from original eye test to surgery within three weeks.

From start to finish the professional service was exemplary. You feel safe you feel that everyone knows exactly what is needed and the clinic was clean bright and just a friendly environment. Thank you to all the staff from the security , cleaners , nurses and doctors and the friendly secretarial staff dealing with your paperwork. No one would ever need to be afraid to have any procedure at the Bolton Branch.

I was referred to this clinic by my optician. Seven days later I received an appointment (pre operative assessment). At that appointment I was given a date for my first eye surgery - just seven days later. The entire team of reception and clinical nursing staff were absolutely amazing. Patient, kind, professional and wonderfully re-assuring. The clinical team (consultant) was brilliant. I have nothing but praise for the service I received. I am now waiting for my second eye surgery to remove cataract.

Both my Cataract operations were painless and the surgeons were fantastic. All the staff were helpful, friendly and excellent at their jobs. I couldn't fault anything. I always judge a business by the cleanliness and I couldn't find fault. The toilet was absolutely spotless. Spamedica are excellent and I can't thank them enough.
